Keep in mind that insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost, so it’s your responsibility to pay any balance not covered by your insurance company. Insurance policies also may not cover all the work you may need in a given year. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of your visit.
